Membership Refund Policy

Athletics and Recreation will grant facility membership refund requests for medical reasons (documentation is required), academic sabbaticals, or temporary employment leaves. Facility membership refund amount(s) will be based on the time of the granted refund request in regards to the membership in use (i.e. annual membership, term membership, monthly membership). If you require a facility membership refund please contact the Coordinator of Facilities. *The Coordinator of Facilities decision is final when determining whether or not a refund will be granted.*
